CV Mentor provides AI-powered CV/resume analysis, feedback, and cover letter generation. The service uses artificial intelligence and the results are suggestions — not professional career advice.

2. Payment

Each analysis is a one-time purchase of $4.99 USD. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. You will receive your analysis report after successful payment.

3. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your analysis, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds are processed via Stripe to your original payment method. See our Refund Policy for details.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload files containing malware or malicious content
• Attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that is not a CV/resume
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the AI prompts

5. AI-Generated Content

The analysis, scores, suggestions, and cover letters are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, results may contain errors or suggestions that do not apply to your situation. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting all AI-generated content before use.

6. Intellectual Property

Your CV remains your property. The analysis report and generated cover letter are yours to use freely. We do not claim any rights to your uploaded content or the generated results.

7. Limitation of Liability

CV Mentor is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for employment outcomes, interview results, or any decisions made based on our analysis. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
