We want you to be satisfied with your CV analysis. If for any reason you are not happy with the results, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of your purchase — no questions asked.

We will process your refund within 2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
If the analysis fails due to a technical error on our end and you do not receive your report, you will be refunded automatically. If an automatic refund does not arrive, contact us and we will resolve it immediately.
